Building work. 08-SBd-5719 Project ID 0812000225 In In San Bernardino County In Needles At The Needles Maintenance Station At 800 San Clemente Street The Contractor must have either a Class A license or Class B license or a combination of Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work. 110 Working Days Submit your bid with bidder's security equal to at least 10 percent of the bid. CADOT - Building Work This project includes construction of a pre-engineered, metal framed building with a floor of decomposed granite to be a future wash rack, brine tank and leach field. The metal building will have rigid frames founded on 5'x 5' spread footings, with a perimeter strip footing for metal wall siding attachment. The project includes constructing 2 reinforced concrete slabs to support 2 new brine tanks. The anticipated maximum service load bearing pressure for the footings is 2500 pounds per square foot. All elevations referenced within this report are based on the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD 29), unless otherwise noted. The proposed future septic system is not included in this FR.
