Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Monahans, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for Site Evaluation and Construction of Modular Housing Pads at Mohahans Sandhills State Park located in Ward County and Winkler County, Texas per the specifications provided herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, bonding and insurance, and supervision necessary to perform the Site Evaluation and Construction of Modular Housing Pads as specified in Attachment B - Specifications. All work not specified and/or not shown on the drawings, but which is necessary for the completion and/or functioning and operation of the project, shall be understood and implied as part of the contract to be performed by the Contractor for the contract price. Such work shall be executed by the Contractor in the same manner and with the same character of material as other portions of the contract without extra compensation.
