The County of San Diego (County) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing AsNeeded Vegetation Management Services("Offerors"). Interested Offerors who meet the minimum requirements as outlined in Exhibit A - Statement of Work may submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for any one or multiple Lots. The County intends to award multiple contracts for each Lot and may award multiple Lots to the same Offeror. Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ ("Qualified") will be placed on a standing list of qualified firms for an anticipated duration of five (5) year(s). Firms on the standing list will be eligible to participate in subsequent Requests for Bids (RFB), Requests for Proposals (RFP), or informal solicitations for the duration of the list. Participation in and prequalification through this RFSQ is not required for firms who will not seek to be the prime provider, but who may participate as a subcontractor in a prospective prime provider's bid, proposal, or quote.
