The park will require import of dirt, a new decomposed granite trail, rock and mortar landscape, irrigation, multi-purpose turf field, plants, trees, new asphalt and concrete, fencing, storm drain infrastructure, bleachers, sports netting, lighting, picnic areas and fitness stations. Bidders must scan and upload with their bid documents a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Long Beach, drawn on a solvent bank in the United States of America, or a satisfactory bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the bid.
