Site work for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Professional Landscape Architectural services requested for the renovations at Spring Hill Park. The City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works, working with the beneficial input of community partners, requests proposals from qualified landscape architectural firms for park infrastructure upgrades to Spring Hill Park. The park is located in the neighborhood of Spring Hill in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and serves the adjacent neighborhoods of Spring Garden and Northview Heights. Spring Hill Park is a 6.42-acre site with recreational amenities including a playground, dek hockey court, diamond field and associated concession stand/field house. The site is unique in that it connects to City's Greenway system. The trails that utilize the Greenway edge are largely informal, lacking signage and trail maintenance and are subsequently underutilized by the already limited number of park patrons. Because of the site's unique geographic location, it will also play an important role in source reduction of stormwater management. Question Submission Deadline:May 19, 2022, 3:00pm Contract Award:June, 2022 The City reserves the right to either accept or reject and make all decisions on the elements related to services being provided. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
