Description University of Quebec in Montreal, hereinafter called the Owner, having its head office at 1430, rue Saint-Denis, H2X 3J8, Montreal, Quebec, is requesting tenders to provide, on request, general contracting services for multidisciplinary work of construction which consist in particular of work of additions, demolition or modifications to the constructed elements of the existing and occupied buildings of the Owner (hereinafter the "Sector of activity concerned"), all according to the terms and conditions of these . Specific Projects awarded by Purchase Orders and Services (OAS) under the Contract resulting from this call for tenders will be limited to transactions of $100,000 or less (all taxes included). All work must be carried out in such a way as not to interfere with activities on the premises and disturb the Owner's users as little as possible. In the absence of precise quantities, the Owner would like to point out that it plans to spend approximately $2,500,000 all taxes included (two million five hundred thousand dollars) during the period of the Contract, i.e. three years.
