There is a fixed project budget of Thirty-Three Million, Nine Hundred and Forty-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred and One Dollars and 00/100. ($33,949,201.00) ("Fixed Project Budget") for the Project, including contingencies, as described below. During the preconstruction phase and as the design of the Project progresses, the Owner, based on the information and services provided by the Design-Builder, may modify the Fixed Project Budget from time to time based on modifications in the design and the detailed statement of probable construction cost. The Fixed Project Budget, as established by the Owner, will be the amount of funds which Owner will have available for the payment of all costs for the Project, including the Cost of the Work and the Design-Builder's Fee for construction phase services. The Owner will execute this Agreement for the Scope of Services as identified in Exhibit A, Scope of Services - Work Plan. Following the completion of this Scope of Services, the Owner will either terminate the Agreement or the parties will execute an Amendment ("Amendment No. 1") for the remainder of all Design-Build services, including an agreed upon Stipulated Fee for Services. The parties will negotiate an Amendment ("Amendment No.2") up to, but no later than Sixty percent (60%) completion of the Construction Documents with a guaranteed Maximum Price for all remaining Profession Services (Services) and Construction Work (Work) Project Location: 1300 1/2 N. IH 35 SVRD SB Austin, TX 78701. The City of Austin is rejecting all offers for the above-referenced solicitation. The City plans to make changes to this solicitation and re-solicit in the month of October 2022.
