Main school hardcourt area: asphalt paving repair, and crack-fill / seal coat with new striping and two new basketball standards. Kindergarten area: demolition of existing asphalt paving, grading, and replacement concrete, with ornamental fencing and chain-link fencing. Kinder area to include striping, concrete curbs, and concrete seat walls. Contractor to provide perimeter curbs / paving for play areas and aggregate base pad for play areas. Play apparatuses and poured-in-place fall-protection surfacing around and underneath the new play structures will be installed under a separate contract. Bid alternate to include removal and replacement of top 2" of existing asphalt paving at main school hardcourt area - adjusting grades and catch basin slightly per bid alternate.
