Transformers Should you have any questions regarding this bid, please contact Noelle Hayes at nhayes@claremorecity.com. A bid bond of 5% is not required for this project. The term of this contract is expected to commence upon award date and be in effect until June 30, 2023. The City in its sole discretion may offer the seller an opportunity to renew this agreement up to an additional three (3) one (1) year term(s) starting with July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The Candidate acknowledges that any future contracts or renewals are neither automatic nor implied by this Agreement. The continuing purchase by the City of the services set forth in this agreement is subject to the City's needs and to the City's annual appropriation of sufficient funds in the City's fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) in which such services are purchased. In the event the City does not appropriate or budget sufficient funds to perform this agreement, this agreement shall be null and void without further action by the City. Contract renewal must be approved by City Mayor and Council. The City of Claremore CPWA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all received bids.
