Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
There is one addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. The project includes construction and installation of a two new concrete sidewalk section of varying width to the west of the Fairfield Inn/Storm Peak Apartments and a connection to the Walton Creek Secondary Trail to the north of Stone Lane. The work also includes but is not limited to the installation of concrete sidewalks, clearing and grubbing of the site, potential subgrade stabilization, preparation of pavement subgrades and base courses, localized drainage infrastructure, and landscaping. The project includes a $10,000 completion incentive payment for project completion no later than October 15, 2022.
