The tender, the guarantee that must accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurers license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is considered satisfied when each of the parties has obtained the said documents.
