Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Beaumont, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of design engineering services for the exterior painting of three (3) one million gallon, potable water storage tanks and design engineering services for the rehabilitation, interior coating and exterior painting of one (1) additional one million gallon, potable water storage tank. The sites are located within the Districts Service Area and are specifically located in the Community of Cherry Valley. Cherry Tank I, Cherry Tank II and Vineland Tank I are located in the Community of Cherry Valley. Lower Edgar Tank is located in Edgar Canyon, within the Community of Cherry Valley. Said Tank sites are further detailed in Figures 1-4 of the complete proposal package. Consultants shall be licensed in accordance with provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3, of the Business and Professional Code of the State of California on the date and at the time of submittal of the Proposal. Required classifications are: Registered Civil Engineer. Consultants shall have verifiable experience in similar work. Consultants and their sub-contractors shall also be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 4104 of the public contract code with the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations. Consultants must comply with and agree to all instructions and requirements in this notice and in the Request for Proposal. All Proposals must be submitted on the Prescribed Proposal Form. The successful Consultant shall furnish insurance in accordance with the Request for Proposals. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularity, or to award a Contract to other than the lowest proposal. If Owner elects to award a contract for the Work, the award will be made within 30 days from the date of the Proposal opening. Proposals shall be valid for said 30 day period. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
