Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Repair & update the following parts on the damage compressor, to make it operational again. All updated versions of all parts to the latest versions will be installed. Removal of Compressor# 2 on Chiller# 1-CCU- l Model# 1T 400-GS-l-ST-C-O-N C [ 170395] on GNE1- 04458 Serial# 113475140. Danfoss Turbocor Compressor (DTC) Fixed Repair Program. The damage compressor is stripped down and evaluated for damage, but the repair consists of updating the following parts on the damage compressor, to make it operational again. The Contractor shall ensure that all updated versions of all parts of the latest versions are installed. The Contractor shall remove and ship the Compressor to DTC for Repair. The Contractor shall ensure that this repair has a 7-8, week turn-around time. The Contractor shall ensure that the University is only without the compressor on this chiller for 8-9 weeks maximum. This Contractor shall ensure that the compressor repair has a 1 Year (One Year) Warranty from ship-date of the compressor.
