The Maury County Public Schools (MCPS) desires to enter into a contractual relationship with a qualified licensed vendor to perform annual fire extinguisher and kitchen hood inspections at Maury County Schools according to the General Specification portion of this bid document. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 2022. The contract shall be renewable, with the consent of both parties, for up to four (4) successive one (1) year periods. The Board and the vendor will both have the right to terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notification. The MCPS reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities in the bidding and to award each item to different bidders or all items to a single bidder.
