Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of a new single lane roundabout at the intersection of Kings Road and Victory Road. The roundabout will be shifted about 50 feet southeast of the existing intersection. The project will include new 10 feet wide multi-use paths on the north side of Victory Road and the east side of Kings Road. This project will widen Victory Road about 1000 feet to the west to include three lanes and sidewalks on both sides. The project will also include center island landscaping, lighting, and new water and pressurized irrigation lines.
