Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The work of this project includes demolition and removal of up to thirteen (13) existing exterior overhead/garage doors and provide/install up to twelve (12) steel sectional doors and eleven (11) highspeed roll-up doors. Work shall include demolition of the existing doors, provide/install all structural steel and concrete to accommodate the installation of new doors, modifications to existing electrical system, installation of door operators and motion detectors.
