Backflow Preventer Site improvements, including piping, a valve enclosure, power, and controls. 2. Chemical Injection Site improvements, including: a. Chemical building, including chemical storage and feed systems, power, SCADA system, security system, and supportin infrastructure. b. Access road, perimeter fencing, and storm water detention pond. c. Yard piping, vaults, and valves. d. Engine generator. 3. Fiber conduit, cable, and associated improvements, including testing the fiber optic cable on delivery to the staging area, prior to installation, following installation in the fiber conduit but prior to splicing, and after splicing. SBE: 43.8% - SD, SDB, WOSB, HUB, VOSB, SDVOSB, ISBEE questions are due November 7th at 1300 MD Extending questions due date to December 7, 2023 at 1pm MST.
