The Contract Is for the Following Project: Exeter Gardens 57-10 Apartment Renovations the Exeter Gardens 57-10 Apartments Has Approximately 44 Units to Be Renovated. Checks are to made payable to PennEastern Architects, LLC. There will be no refund for the Contract Documents,Plans and specifications for the apartment complex are contained in the contract documents Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a "Bid Guaranty" which shall not be less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, as hereinafter specified in the "Instructions to Bidders". The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bond Companies must be listed in the U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids, without consent of the Owner.
