Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary replace the entrance gate and fence at Ribault Monument within Fort Caroline National Memorial (FOCA), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida. (DEADLINE: 10am (EDT) on June 20, 2022) This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238990. The small business standard is $16.5M. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFP due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
