Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and new construction of a stadium in Leland, North Carolina. Working plans call for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Work includes but not limited to services for design and construction management with all appropriate plans and specification for project after evaluation of school needs including investigation of work area, permitting, bidding, management of construction activities. Demolition of old press box at North Brunswick High School with design of new baseball press box and design of new baseball press box at South Brunswick High School. Firms providing responses shall be licensed and responsible for complying with North Carolina laws, regulations, and local ordinances. The Brunswick County Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Brunswick County Board of Education. As of August 9, 2023, the project was bid out of budget, and the project has been placed on hold. Construction is slated to begin September 2023.
