BID NAME: Timber Creek Pump Station Interceptor PROJECT NO: U1914 BID NUMBER: 22-48-C If a paper bid is provided, envelopes are to be clearly marked with the bid number, bid opening date and company submitting the bid. The scope of work for the project is to rehabilitate approximately 8,400 LF of existing 36 and 42-inch sanitary sewer pipeline by Cured-In-Place (CIPP) liner (or approved equal) and 2,100 LF of 36 and 42-inch sanitary sewer pipeline by open-cut along the existing alignment beginning west of the Timber Creek Pump Station near Railroad Street, continuing along the north side of Timber Creek and ending to the east of Business SH121 south of the intersection of E. Southwest Parkway. In addition to the above, there will be other miscellaneous items of construction as defined in the plans and specifications. This bid security must be uploaded to Bonfire or included in the bid envelope along with the bid sheet for the bidder to be considered responsive. The City is not responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of the bid from any vendor. Also, should a vendor bid an alternate; any test costs to prove equality of product will be at the expense of the vendor, not the City of Lewisville. In conformance with applicable statutes utilizing Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates as adopted by the General Services Commission, the general prevailing wage rates in the locality in which the work is to be performed have been ascertained and such rate shall be the minimum paid for labor employed on this project; unless federal monies are used, in which case, specific wage decisions will be listed as part of the overall bid documents.
