Description

Renovation of an office development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete "RTU Replacement at WSD Admin Building #2, Winnipeg, MB" for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The successful Mechanical Contractor shall act as General Contractor for the project, and shall be responsible for all sub-trades providing services to complete this project. The Mechanical Contractor shall engage Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, Controls, Millwork, Concrete, and all appropriate tradesman as required for completion the project. All tradesman shall be experienced working on projects with comparable scope and magnitude, and be available to carry out the project to meet all scheduled milestones.
