Site work and paving for a road / highway in Paradise Valley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The estimated project is $793,736.20 2022 Road Paving Bid Proposal for paving on various roads located in Paradise Township, Monroe County , 2,226 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave, Scratch Course , 4,452 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave,180 lb/sy Wearing Course 17,888 LF of 4" Double Yellow Center Lines with Glass Beads ;21,020 LF of 4" Single White Edge Lines with Glass Beads All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Paradise Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete and/or revise projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. If all work is not completed on time, liquidated damages will be assessed at the rate of $975.00 per additional calendar day.
