Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cuyahoga County-Wide Facilities Carpet Each bid in excess of $50,000.00, must be accompanied by a "Bid Bond" executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio including Power of Attorney & Financial Statement of Bonding Company and State of Ohio Department of Insurance Certificate of Compliance, "Certified Check", "Cashier's Check" or "Money Order" drawn on a solvent bank or Savings and Loan Association, payable to the TREASURER OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). Payment will only be made upon approval of the County Executive and/or his designee. A Performance Bond will not be required. The Director of the Cuyahoga County Department of Purchasing or designee reserves the right and discretion to reject any bids for any reason or all bids for no reason at all without incurring any liability.
