Reference Number : 1600454 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish a standing contract with a SUPPLIER, concerning the supply, installation, testing and maintenance of structured telecommunications cabling to meet the needs of all the schools of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, whose territory covers the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert. The SUPPLIER shall be an authorized designer-distributor, capable of supplying, installing and maintaining structured cabling equipment for category 6, in accordance with the Quotation, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any Submissions received. The Bidder must accompany its Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to FIVE PER CENT (5%) of the total price proposed in its Bid. If the Bid is submitted on paper , the Bid guarantee must be produced in one or other of the following forms: a bid bond in accordance with the provisions of the model in appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form, or, a certified cheque, money order or bank draft in favor of the PUBLIC BODY. If the Submission is transmitted electronically , the Submission guarantee can only be given in the form of a bond. The Contract is for a period of three (3) years, from July 1 , 2022 to June 30, 2025 inclusively.
