Projects include classroom additions, HVAV improvements, a new secure building, and a new office addition. $8M - 12,000 SF addition to an existing elementary building & associated sitework - Work will begin Spring 2023 with approximate completion Spring 2024. Plans available December 2022 All contractors bidding on work must complete the pre-qualification process by submitting the attached written form or on-line form available at https://www.christmanco.com/Bidding/Documents-and-Forms/Pre-Qualification-Form. Bidders must submit the Qualification Statement and a complete audited or reviewed Financial Statement with Accountants Report and Footnotes to be considered for qualification. All questions are to be directed to the Construction Manager. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is requested. **Note: Addendum 1 was part of the pre-purchased equipment package and has been incorporated into the base bid set.
