Questions of an operational nature may be directed to the City's Land Development Division at (951) 413-3120. The Land Development Division provides civil engineering related services as well as final design review (plan check) of private development. The Permit Technician for the Land Development Division is the gatekeeper for all application/project submittals including permit processing and issuance, which requires minor review of submittal packages, fee assessment, routing of plans and/or documents. The Permit Technician also provides support to internal City staff. Other Details The proposer is solely responsible for on-time submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Proposal Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the proposal management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the proposer to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the proposer's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted proposals.
