Road Improvement Assessment District (RIAD) The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Road Capital Improvement Project, ITB23-034 South Bend Paving & Road Improvements. The project consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to upgrade South Bend Bluff Estates RIAD. Work includes but is not limited to roadbed widening, subgrade modification, embankment construction, drainage, ditching, clearing and paving. The number to call is (907) 262-2044. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Q&A DEADLINE: FEBRAURY 22, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. ITB23-034 Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on February 22, 2023.
