In that LaPAC provides an immediate e-mail notification to subscribing bidders that a solicitation and any subsequent addenda have been let and posted, notice and receipt thereof is considered formally given as of their respective dates of posting. Though not required if receiving solicitation and addenda notices from LaPAC, the City-Parish will mail addenda to all vendors contacting our office and requesting to be put on our office Vendor Listing for this solicitation. The intent of this contract is to perform demolition & abatement services, removal, and clean up, of commercial and residential properties condemned by the Agency within City-Parish. The City Parish Department and its Agency anticipated that various types of work will be required under this contract, including building demolition, both residential and commercial, demolition of slabs, the coring, draining and backfilling of pools, the securing of pool areas and buildings and removal of junk trash/debris. Contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, labor and materials necessary to complete the work specified within these contract documents, including all safety and incidental work that may not be specified but required for the successful completion of the project. Location of services to be performed shall be as per the individual work orders issues for services requested. Contractor shall complete jobs within Fourteen_(14) calendar days from issuance of the work order.
