Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 7,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a 7,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a 7,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a 7,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for the addition of 25,000 SF of warehouse space to the North and East of the existing building. The addition will include 7,500 SF of cooler space with the remaining 17,500 SF for dry storage. Project will include three roll up doors at dock level and fire suppression. Scope of work includes design of a steel framed warehouse structure with metal cladding, slab on grade foundation, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sitework, fire suppression system designs, and any required commissioning.
