The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof, and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to determine the lowest qualified Bidder by research of qualifications of the Bidders. This may be done by means not limited to the following: pastexperience with the Bidder, interviews, submitted certifications, or research of other customers. Submitted costs may not determine the qualified bidder. Only one (1) award will be made from this contract. This is a yearly contract at unit prices. Exact quantities may vary-quantities contained in the Bid Form are for evaluation purposes only. This contract is for an approximate one (1) year period from the July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, and may be renewed for one (1) additional year if all terms, conditions, and prices remain unchanged and both parties are in written agreement. Prices contained herein are to be firm for the term of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to re-bid anytime during the term ofthe contract. Contract may be terminated upon thirty (30) calendar days of unresponsiveness by contractor and may be awarded to the next lowest bidder. Unresponsiveness is defined as follows: after an order has been placed in writing to the contractor and contractor has not begun the project or made a reasonable attempt to do so.
