Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Yutan, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,370-square-foot military facility; for site work for a 27,370-square-foot military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The work covered consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to construct a 27,370 SF160 Bed Space Collective Training (CT) Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Open-Bay barracks that supports transient unit billeting for the NEARNG. This facility will be built on Federal land and is a specially designed Open-Bay Barracks of permanent construction. This facility will be of mixed construction materials and methods including reinforced concrete, steel and wood framing, designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes. Construction will include all utility services, access roads and parking lot, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, sidewalks, gutters, storm drainage, and site improvements. Facilities will be built to DOD Antiterrorism measures and the DOD Unified Facilities Code. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at Mead Titan RC, 785 County Road J at 9:30am on 8/23/2023.
