Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for upgrades and refurbishment of Brantford Transit's InterClean Equipment Manufactured Bus Wash System as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City of Brantford (City) has an InterClean brand 2 Brush Heavy Duty Vehicle Wash System at the Brantford Transit Garage located at 400 Grand River Ave., Brantford, ON N3T 5A3. The system is drive-through, completely automatic, touchless and friction combination, heavy-duty bus, and vehicle wash system. The structure includes a water reclamation system and is used to clean all types of transit vehicles used by the City of Brantford's fleet for front, roof, rear and both sides in drive-thru mode using two brushes for the sides and rear of the buses (a 2-brush system). The Contractor will be responsible for refurbishing the existing InterClean Bus Wash system.
