Site work for a water / sewer project in Rusk, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the rehabilitation of five (5) potable water storage tanks. The project generally includes miscellaneous repairs, abrasive blasting, and the application of new coating systems on the interior and exterior of the steel tanks. One concrete clearwell to have interior pressure washed and disinfected. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each quote as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Contractor will promptly enter into contract with the City of Rusk. Full (100%) performance and payment bonds are required on all DWSRF construction contracts. Such bonds must be issued by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The City of Rusk reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
