Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

*Award amount was not released for publication. *Substantial completion was achieved March 8, 2024. Only Prequalified General Contractors may submit bid submissions on this Tender. The Prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ SB 2019-0812. The scope of work is to replace the Clayton steam boiler with Cleaver-Brooks boiler at St John rehab. The scope of Work also include upgrades to the controls for all 3 steam boilers (1 new and the other older 2 Cleaver-Brooks boilers). The Cleaver-Brooks boiler and Controls were already pre-ordered by SHSC. A temporary boiler is required to be provided by the Contractor during the plant shutdown. Partial demolition and make good work will be performed as required to existing areas, including the roof, to accommodate the removal of the existing Clayton steam boiler and the installation of the new Cleaver-Brooks boiler.
