Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: Demolition and removal of existing 30" & 60" CMP storm drain pipe system. Replace & Install +- 210' OF 30" RCP or HDPE PIPE and tie in to existing structures. Replace & Install +- 75' OF 60" RCP PIPE and tie in to existing structures. Installation PRE-CAST HEADWALLS FOR 30" PIPE.Installation PRE-CAST HEADWALLS FOR 60" PIPE. Installation of RIP RAP. Installation of sod/mulch on areas disturbed by construction activities. Installation of erosion control BMPs. Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications.The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
