The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, contractors, construction managers, and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the repair of the damaged Trash Room #1196 in the Evans Terminal, at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County (Airport Authority). The scope of work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of the displaced and damaged CMU wall and overhead components; and removal and reinstallation of the overhead door, equipment, controls, SCAS, and associated electrical components, as shown in the Attachment C construction drawings and specifications. The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.
