Site work for a water / sewer project in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install 4" Asphalt Surfacing (2 Lifts) over 8" Aggregate Base Course (Sheet 13 Key Note 6). This project consists of the regrading for drainage improvements within the inside ofthe Hill area of the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls, SD. Improvements include concrete valley gutters, asphalt and concrete pavement, storm sewer and downspout/gutter work, as well as other work as identified in the technical drawings. August 9, 2024, Once any portion of the work begins, the Contractor will have 90 consecutive calendar days to complete the work. with Liquidated Damages: $1,200.00 per calendar day Final Completion: August 23, 2024 with Liquidated damages: $600.00 per calendar day Total value of material subject to tax: $0.00 In accordance with the provisions of SDCL 34-44-8, all bidders and contractors are hereby notified that to the best knowledge of the owner or those representing him in any capacity, this project does not involve asbestos containing materials (greater than 1%). Bidders are further instructed that no asbestos containing materials are to be installed in this project.
