Annual Contract for Disaster Debris Monitoring for Chatham County Public Works Chatham County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services in the event of a disaster, man-made or natural. The most likely natural disaster given the County's geographical location is hurricanes.
