NWCA is seeking written responses from qualified firms to this request for proposals to provide routine, event, and post-event cleaning services to the National Western Center at facilities managed by the NWCA, including the Stockyards Event Center and the Stockyards in addition to certain street rights of way. The resulting Agreement with the successful propser will be for an initial term of 18 months with the possibility of contract extensions not to exceed 36 months. Proposals should include the provision of janitorial supplies and consumables. NWCA encourages small, local, disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses to submit proposals for this scope of Services.
