Renovation of a residential development in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Project Architect:Chase Fetters Hewitt Architects 4520 S. Harvard, Ste. 180 Tulsa, OK 74135. The Housing Authority of Osage County will receive bids for the 2020 CFP Modernization Project which consists of replacement of hardwood kitchen cabinets, plastic laminate countertops and stainless steel kitchen sinks; replacement of some new bathroom tubs with tub/shower/faucets; new solid surface tub/shower wall surrounds; addition/replacement of hardwood linen cabinet closets; new hardwood vanity cabinets with cultured marble countertops; new hardwood door panels at hallway, linen closets and cleaning/re-grouting of some ceramic tile shower surrounds and shower bases. Work shall be performed at the 1) Project 3-two housing sites in Osage, Ok. 2) Project 3-one housing site in Barnsdall, OK., 3) Project 4-Scattered Housing sites in Shidler, Ok. and 4) Project 6-Lynn Lane and Project 2-Downtown Scattered Housing sites in Pawhuska, Ok. The bids will be received at the Osage County Housing Authority's main office in Pawhuska, Ok. Sealed proposals for this work, including the furnishing of all necessary materials, labor, and equipment, will be received until the above stated time and date in the care of the Osage County Housing Authority. Each bidder shall complete the Form of Bid, the Bid Bond, the Equal Opportunity Certificate, the Non-Segregated Facilities form, the Form of Non-Collusive Affidavit, the Form of Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, the Bidders Certifications statement and the Bidder's Previous Participation Certificate, the Section 3 Clause and submit it in the bid package. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding are to be covered in the proposal and shall become a part of the contract. All related bidding documents are on file at the public Housing Authority's office, Bid News and Southwest Construction News-Tulsa, and may be obtained from the Architect or can be obtained online from the Architect or available online from any of the various construction news agencies. The estimated construction cost is $680,000-$700,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
