Renovating the existing Athletic Locker Rooms into new JROTC Locker Rooms/Computer Lab. 2. Renovating existing JROTC area. 3. Renovating the existing Small Gym/Locker Room into new spaces for Band Practice and Changing Rooms. 4. Adding (3) classrooms in the Cafeteria and renovating the Cafeteria. New construction consisting of filling in the existing courtyard with a new Multipurpose Room. All trades involved in this work. Availability of Bidding Documents: Prequalification of Bidders: No prequalification required. The intent of the conference is to answer questions that relate to the contract documents and/or performance of the work and familiarize the bidders with the location and requirements of the site. Notes: Additional bid packages may be issued as required. Women owned and minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project.
