The work includes the construction of pile supported cast in place concrete footings, cast in place concrete abutments wingwalls, parapets deck and sidewalks, construction of a prestressed concrete adjacent box beam superstructure, cast in place concrete deck, temporary cofferdam with dewatering, and permanent sheeting. The abutment construction will be staged to permit utility relocations as described in Subsection 105.07. A short section of the existing southwest wingwall will be retained and cut to support a new concrete footing and headwall for the existing 36" storm sewer line. This line will be temporarily supported during construction. This work also involves the reconstruction of the approach roadways which includes storm sewers, utility relocations, curbs, beam guide rail, driveways, bituminous concrete pavement, and other incidental and necessary work
