The Nuangola Borough Supervisors will consider the received bids for award at the public meeting on June 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. Bids can be submitted to the Nuangola Borough Municipal Building, 5150 Nuangola Road, Mountaintop, PA 18707. Bids are invited for the following two separate contracts: Willow Grove Street Pave Project BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a one-year Maintenance Bond for (100%) of the total construction cost.
