The Nuangola Borough Supervisors will consider the received bids for award at the public meeting on June 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. Bids can be submitted to the Nuangola Borough Municipal Building, 5150 Nuangola Road, Mountaintop, PA 18707. Bids are invited for the following two separate contracts: Willow Grove Street Pave Project BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a one-year Maintenance Bond for (100%) of the total construction cost. The Nuangola Borough Board of Supervisors does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability of familial status in employment of the provision of service. The Nuangola Borough Board of Supervisors is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer. The Nuangola Borough Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. BIDS may be held by the Nuangola Borough Board of Supervisors for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw their Bid.
