Renovation of a water / sewer project in Troy, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
GeoTechnologies Project No. 1-21-0584-EA The project consists of repairing a breach to the Equalization Basin berm, replacing the damaged fencing around the Equalization Basin, and relocating aerator for the Equalization basin. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Town of Troy. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 consecutive calendar days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed. The Town of Troy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Small businesses, minority owned businesses, women owned businesses, and businesses owned by low and moderate-income persons are encouraged to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders are required to adhere to the rules set forth in Article 1 of Chapter 87 of the NC General Statutes.
