Renovation of a municipal facility in Brampton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project is to update the existing space at Bramalea Civic Centre second floor to create an Arts Hub. It will provide 3 flexible work areas for public use and be reflective of the City, be inviting, inspiring and fuel creativity. Area 1 is to have a multimedia room and an open flexible space for co-working. Area 2 is to have a meeting room and open flexible space for arts and creative usage. Area 3 is to be set up as an office with workstations, a closed office, and collaboration areas for the City staff. Bramalea Civic Centre is located at 150 Central Park Drive, Brampton, ON L6T 1B4. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be by September 05, 2022.
