The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing 8-ft wildlife fencing on wood posts and installation of new, 8-ft tall wildlife (wildlife) fencing with wood posts. Bids will only be accepted from registered planholders who have downloaded a set of Plans and Contract Documents from portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. CIVIL RIGHTS - TITLE VI The City of Kemmerer in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. This project includes State funds and is subject to the wage provisions of the Wyoming State Public Works Laws. The City of Kemmerer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed Forty-five (45) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City of Kemmerer. The award of the Bid is contingent upon the receipt of Federal funding.
