Estimated construction cost: between: $50,001 - $500,000 Bidders shall accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, if the total amount of the bid is $100,000 or more, with surety acceptable to the Municipality. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the time of the opening.
