Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The site of the work is located at the Gering Public Schools Tennis Courts, Gering, Nebraska. The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows: Preparation of site for Tennis Court Contractor, including Imported Fill as specified by Geotechnical Report; 5" concrete sidewalk and seating areas; poured P.C.C. Retaining Walls (with Block Retaining Wall Alternate) and finish grading in accordance with the specifications and drawings.Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid.No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
