This RFP is for consulting engineering services for the IIWWTP Upgrade only. In summary, the scope of services for Phase 1 of the IIWWTP Upgrade includes developing the Preliminary Design Report and AACEI Class 3 Capital and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Cost Estimate for the entire IIWWTP Upgrade shown within the Project Boundary on Figure 4 of Section 00050, including producing an updated Project Schedule. In doing so, and without limiting the scope of the Services as defined in the Draft Agreement, the Consultant will undertake the following, Revalidation of the conceptual design and Project Definition Report (PDR); Integration of the existing IIWWTP Facilities into the design of the new plant; Preparation of a Regenerative Design & Sustainability Strategy Report and Management Plan; Provision of engineering and consulting input into the development of the Phase 2 Delivery Strategy Report; Support the Pilot Testing Program; Provision of accelerated preliminary design, detailed design and construction engineering services for the Influent Sewer (West) package; Preparation of a Stage 1 Environmental Impact Study for the existing outfall; Support the re-use of existing infrastructure, including through the preparation of an Asset Renewal Revalidation Report and advancing agreed upon components through Detailed Design, Construction Engineering Services, commissioning, O&M training, close-out, and site restoration (if required).
